Softball Ulster Indoor 2009
Report
Indoor softball has now been successfully introduced to three regions in
Ireland; Dublin, Limerick and today in Belfast. Four Belfast teams arrived in
Jordanstown for a half-day
competition; Brawlers, Smokin' Aces, Aviators and Jets. It was a successful day
with people quickly picking up the new rules. It was great to see so many new
faces on the pitches, so welcome to all the new players from all in Ulster
softball. Thanks to all the teams for making a great effort to turn out,
and also to our one visitor. Keep a look out in the off season for indoor
competitions around Ireland and Northern Ireland.
